Session Description:

Banks upgraded the quality of their traditional credit calling efforts by deploying advisory capital market expertise. This advisory expertise enabled banks to raise solution ideas that merited the attention of the CFO and Treasurer.

In contrast, the scope of skills and advice delivered by treasury management sales personnel has remained largely unchanged over the past ten years, making it difficult for treasury management sales personnel to warrant the same level of audience as their capital market peers.

This presentation addresses a key issue facing corporate banking and treasury management executives: How can treasury management sales personnel merit the attention of the CFO and Treasurer and deliver high-value solutions?

Our presentation assesses the current solution scope and sales models deployed by North American financial institutions and outlines a next generation sales model and solution scope that will enable treasury management sales personnel to match their capital market peers in delivering advice and value.

This program is appropriate for senior financial executives with responsibility for Treasury Management, Middle Market Banking, Large Corporate Banking and Corporate Strategy.

Attendance Fee:

$275 per institution plus $50 per telephone line used
