About Katy Koenig, Ph.D.


Katy joined RFG in May 2001 from BAI, a banking organization where she was the Director of Survey Programs. She is an organizational psychologist with over 20 years of experience in institutionally sponsored and syndicated financial service research, focusing on retail and small business sectors as well as online banking research.

She holds a B. S. from the University of Colorado and a Ph. D. from Illinois Institute of Technology.

About Tom Hoscheidt


Tom is dedicated to coordinating the integrated development of all RFG research and software products. Tom's appointment to this position was preceded by nearly 10 years of experience developing and delivering RFG's research and software products. Combined with client-side marketing research experience, Tom offers over 18 years of insight in marketing financial services.

Tom holds his Bachelors Degree in Marketing from Southern Illinois University and an MBA with concentration in Marketing and Finance from Illinois State University.
