affluent business segment differs from other High Net
Worth segments in its goals, advisory needs, investment
approaches and provider loyalties. This session will
examine the potential of building personal relationships
with affluent, high net worth and ultra-wealthy owners
of privately-held companies. Research presented in this
session is derived from in-depth quantitative research
with approximately 900 affluent and high net worth business
owners.
This
program is appropriate for senior financial executives

Strategy Teams.

Maria Erickson
Maria Erickson is responsible for the commercial research
line of business at Taylor Nelson Sofres, one of the
largest research firms globally. Her responsibilities
include custom and syndicated research focused on the
commercial, small business and SOHO sectors as well
as retail relationships with business owners and affluent
consumers. Her projects focus on market share/share
of wallet, image and satisfaction, market segmentation,
price elasticity and pricing strategies, customer needs
identification, channel strategy and demand estimation.
Maria has led the commercial research group at TNS/NFO/PSI
Global (same company and product, different ownership!)
for ten years. Prior to joining TNS/NFO/PSI Global,
Maria was an analyst with Salomon Brothers. She is a
Certified Cash Manager (CCM) and has an MBA from the
University of Central Florida.
