About Dave
Robertson
Dave Robertson is a member of the Financial Services Consulting
practice. He assists banks, brokerages, insurance companies,
and other financial institutions in the development of strategies
designed to improve competitive position, client satisfaction,
and financial returns.
Mr.
Robertson joined Treasury Strategies in 2002, following seventeen
years of financial services and consulting experience. Mr.
Robertson’s 15 years of banking experience in the U.S.
and Canada included senior responsibilities in cash management,
strategic planning and acquisitions, risk management, financial
administration, and credit administration. At Harris Bank/Bank
of Montreal, Mr. Robertson developed and launched a web-based
treasury management service, managed the disbursement line
of business, including Purchasing Card, developed the Bank’s
risk policies, and developed and implemented an economic capital
approach across the institution, including the commercial
lending business.
Mr.
Robertson has an MA in English Literature from Northwestern
University, Evanston, Illinois, and holds a Bachelors of Finance
from Indiana University, Bloomington, Indiana. He is the former
Chair and President of the Chicago Jaycees and has served
as Treasurer on the Board of the Carole Robertson Center for
Learning. Mr. Robertson has spoken at several treasury management
conferences, including Electronic Commerce 1998.

Chrystal Pozin
As a Consultant for Treasury Strategies,
Inc., Chrystal Pozin is a key member of both of the firm’s
practice areas – Financial Services and Corporate Consulting.
In the Financial Services practice, Ms. Pozin has extensive
experience in data mining, wire transfer analyses, market
research and strategy development. Her focus in this
practice area includes the 25 largest Financial Institutions
in the United States and she oversees the integrity of data
used in some of the firm's proprietary computer models.
In the Corporate Consulting practice, Ms. Pozin is involved
in numerous treasury management projects across a variety
of industries, including market segments such as consumer
finance, manufacturing, insurance, utilities, healthcare,
and securities firms. The scope of her work includes overall
domestic and global treasury management reviews, best practice
analyses, treasury policy development, bank and treasury consolidations,
collection/remittance studies, technology reviews, and bank
and vendor request for proposal (RFP) assistance
Ms.
Pozin holds a B.A. in International
Relations from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia, and is
a Certified Treasury Professional.
