Diogo Teixeira, CEO of Livermore Research Group, will be presenting an overview of how US credit card issuers are using email today to communicate with their retail cardholders. His presentation will cover:

  • The types and restrictions of content in those communications
  • The relative state of development of the largest credit card issuers
  • Estimates of email volumes and costs and some future changes

The presentation will focus on the latest developments of a number of issuers and provide actionable, best practices recommendations culled from solutions currently being pioneered to serve customers online.
