Description:
More than 10 billion e-mails criss-cross the United States
everyday. Usage
will continue to grow as postal rates climb, consumers demand
24/7 access and a majority of consumers are on-line.

from the consumer’s perspective. Information will be presented from a national Internet survey
conducted in August 2002 of 1,000 consumers age 10 or older
including 2—with income of $100,00 or more.
