Session Description:
Producer portals have become ubiquitous
over the last five years, with over 90%
of insurers providing at least some form
of producer portal. The producer portal
has emerged as a critical channel of
producer interaction that few insurers
can afford to ignore.
Celent senior analyst Jeff Goldberg
tracks the evolution of producer portal
functionality and technology through
three phases of maturity, allowing
insurers to determine where their
producer portals excel and where they
can be improved. This conference presents
Celent's view of the "ideal" producer
portal and draws on findings from the
Celent report The Ideal Producer Portal,
August 2008.
This program is appropriate for senior
financial executives with responsibility
for Insurance Sales and Marketing,
Retail Banking,
Market Research and Strategy Groups.
